We had a spacious room with a nice balcony. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to a grocery store and a trailhead. The hotel had a well-maintained yard with barbecue equipment. The hotel had a shed next to a stream. The hotel had a kind owner. The hotel was recently built and modernly furnished. There was a very good cafe opposite the hotel. The hotel had a spacious parking lot. The common areas were exceptionally clean and modern. The hotel had good Wi-Fi. The hotel was pet-friendly.
All was good.

Great location near the ski slopes and with beautiful views of the mountains. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The owner was friendly and helpful, even offering us an extra day free of charge when we arrived late due to snowfall. The wifi worked well, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.
There were a few drawbacks to our Christmas experience. The hotel was a bit far from the center of town, making it less convenient for exploring Zakopane.

Fantastic stay with helpful and friendly host. Positive changes: better intercom and magnetic key access. Room had a small kettle, and everything was clean and nice. The kitchen had tea, coffee, sugar, dishes, and cutlery. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was great. The balcony provided a beautiful view and the sound of a nearby brook. The location was convenient, with a grocery store and trailhead within walking distance. The yard had well-maintained barbecue equipment and a shed next to the stream. Recently built house and modern common areas. Spacious parking lot. A great café was located just across the street.
Felt relaxed, no complaints at all.
